Steam Leak On Bellows

The bellow had suffered from a leak and the client required Metalyte Pipeworks to provide a bespoke Vulcan clamp enclosure solution

Metalyte Pipeworks Vulcan clamp enclosure as per ASME SEC VIII.

Manufactured and installed Vulcan clamp enclosure.

The 0.8” line had suffered from a leak

The bellow had suffered from a leak

The 4” flange had suffered from a leak

The 3” line had suffered from a leak

The 3” flange had suffered from a joint break on shutdown and the gasket could not be replaced

The 24” line had suffered from external corrosion at different points on the pipeline which was repaired with composites
