DEFECT DESCRIPTION
The 6” flange had suffered from a leak and the client required Metalyte Pipeworks to provide a live leak sealing using a bespoke Vulcan clamp enclosure solution.
OUTCOME
Metalyte Pipeworks Vulcan clamp enclosure as per ASME SEC VIII.
REPAIR METHOD
Manufactured and installed Vulcan clamp enclosure preventing shutdown of the system.
