About the Role

To support our expanding operations in the Netherlands and internationally, we are looking for motivated, hands-on Technicians with an engineering or trade background.

You’ll receive full training in live leak sealing and composite repair, enabling you to grow from being part of a repair team to leading one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to onshore and offshore sites (sometimes at short notice) to stop leaks or repair pipelines suffering wall loss (corrosion, erosion, etc.).
  • Perform composite wrapping and clamp installation to industry standards.
  • Support emergency response operations safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise with client site engineers and provide project documentation/updates.
  • Attend training on leak-stopping and composite repair techniques.
  • Support sales personnel during technical pitches when required.
  • Take care of stock management in the Netherlands
  • Mobilise abroad to mainland Europe, UK and further afield (West Africa, Azerbaijan and the Middle East)

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Flexible and able to mobilise quickly, including evenings/weekends
  • Willing to work offshore and abroad
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Right to work in the EU
  • Able to mobilise away from home on projects that may take you away from home for up to three weeks at a time.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Prior engineering/trade experience (construction, plumbing, mechanical, fitting)
  • Offshore certification (BOSIET, MIST, HUET, etc.)
  • CCNSG Safety Passport or equivalent
  • Rope access (IRATA Level 1)
  • Experience in craft repair, technical drawings, or clamp measuring/fitting
  • Strong problem-solving ability, teamwork, and a “can-do” attitude
  • Good IT/computer literacy (MS Word, email, reporting)
